Police get eight cars; parking passes modified

The New Albany Police Department will be getting eight new cars courtesy of the city's riverboat fund. Downtown parking permits increased to $150, but passed. The council approved 8-1 to put $75,000 of EDIT money up for grabs for any person or organization with legitimate economic development plans
