Proper recognition

The house where Cardinal Ritter grew up has been refurbished and the land across the street has been turned into a park which will soon bear his name. As part of the park dedication , St. John United Presbyterian Church and the S. Ellen Jones Neighborhood Association are hosting a Neighborhood festival 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday; the festival is free and open to the public, there will be games and free giveaways. The search is on for a non-profit organization to move permanently into Cardinal Ritter's birthplace where he was born in 1892
