Tapes have Yarmey answering to whether he took naked photographs of 11-year-old girl. Closing arguments are expected today in the trial of Mark Yarmey, a Floyd County teacher accused of sodomy with an 11-year-old girl. Yarmey is facing that charge along with the use of a minor in a sexual performance for a crime that allegedly happened 10 years ago at his home in Louisville.
