Police: Drugs found while booking man into jail

A Louisville man was charged with illegal drug possession after he was allegedly found with drugs while he was being booked into the Floyd County Jail for violating a protective order. Joshua Allison was arrested at a home in the 100 block of Woodland Drive. Benjamin Coutts is charged with two counts of class D felony obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or deceit. Kimberly Pettry reportedly confessed to using someone's food stamp card, but denied stealing it, stating that she had paid the alleged victim $200 to use it
