One dead after two-car crash near casino Monday

A man is dead and another in the hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash Monday night on Ind. 111 near Horseshoe Southern Indiana. The Floyd County Sheriff's Department responded to the accident at approximately 7:30 p.m. Monday, where an initial investigation showed that Georgetown resident Stuart Fife, 57, was traveling southbound on Ind. 111 when the 1999 Dodge Ram he was driving crossed the center lane and hit Jason Mattingly, 38, of Clarksville, who was driving a 2013 Ford Fusion.
