Plea agreement reached in molestation case

A registered sex offender accused of child molestation occurring over two years with a victim under 7 years old has pleaded guilty in a Floyd County court. Raymond A. Cain, 31, entered into a plea agreement Monday in Floyd County Circuit Court for three charges of level 1 felony child molestation and one enhancement charge of being a habitual offender for two previous felony convictions, according to court records.
