Similar biz name prompts attorney email

An attorney for a Louisville speakeasy concept has asked the owner of a future New Albany restaurant to change its name after a Louisville news outlet pointed out their similarity. The situation could cost the Southern Indiana venture thousands. Hell or High Water is a Louisville bar moving into the city's Whiskey Row Development, while Hull & Highwater is a New Albany Main Street seafood restaurant with plans to open next month.
