County commissioners approve two grants

Commissioners approved two grant applications for local agencies, Providence Self Sufficiency Ministries, Inc. and the Local Planning Council.... The grant applied for by the Local Planning Council "will allow a more 'holistic' Welfare-to-Work initiative, involving over 60 agencies in the Demonstration project, in Floyd, Clark and Harrison Counties".
