1st and 2nd 2022 budget readings approved

The city council almost unanimoulsy voted to approve the first and second readings of the 2022 budgets at Monday's meeting, as well as approving an annexation and tax abatement for a senior living facility. Continued under BUDGET (A3), see article for more detail, pictures included.
