Floyd County Election Board reviews controversial mailer

Deputy Prosecutor Evan Bardach sent a mailer in support of Jim Freiberger, a Republican candidate for Floyd County Council. Freiberger is Bardach's father-in-law. Prosecutor Chris Lane referred the matter to the election board who found Bardach in violation of three election codes, fining him $450. (see article for details, photo included)
