Clarksville council reaffirms Providence Mill Dam resolution

The council unanimously approved a resolution which reaffirms and renews the support of the removal of the dam on Silver Creek in New Albany. New Albany City Council has passed a similar resolution. (See article for more information. Photograph included.)
