Capt. Briscoe has named his new Tennessee packet Julia Dean, after the young actress of the same name. 8/26 pg. 2 col. 1: Capt. Tilson's shipyard. 8/28 pg. 2 col. 1: All work on the Julia Dean was suspended yesterday, on account of the death of Capt. Briscoe's lady.
