Death of Forceythe Willson

By a note from Hon. M.C. Kerr, we learn that Forceythe Willson died at the residence of a friend in the State of New York about a week ago. Mr. Willson was well known in this community. His father removed here when Byron F. (for Byron was the first name of the deceased, though for some cause he dropped it when he grew up) was but a child. He early manifested a partiality for poetry, and his first timid efforts at verse were contributed to the Ledger while he was still a boy. His father dying, left young Willson some property, but he had no taste or talent for business.... Some five or six years ago Mr. Willson made the acquaintance of Miss Lizzie Conwell Smith, then attending the Asbury Female College in this city; they were married and removed to Cambridge, Massachusetts. She soon sickened and died...
