Lawsuit places Linden subdivision in limbo

"Houses relocated during hospital expansion sitting vacant while property rights are being debated in court". "The suit challenges a transfer of the land from the city to CHDO (Community Housing Development Organization)....(and) basically states that CHDO's proposed use of the land violates a 1935 deed that transferred the land to the city. Residents who are against Linden Meadows contend the land belonged to the Fawcett family of New Albany."
