LifeSpring downsizing, closing two offices

Lifespring is phasing out 11 positions & closing two satellite offices in Floyd & Jefferson Counties. A child therapist & a case manager will stay in Floyd County. Clinical staff will continue to reside in the Brown-Starks Neighborhood Place, and services will be provided for current patients.. Additionally, a medical clinic will be made available to the Floyd County patients. LifeSpring is hoping to turn its old Floyd County satellite office into housing for the disabled
