Kernan stresses job creation

Lt. Gov. Joe Kernan speaks during public forum at IUS, as part of evaluation of Indiana's economic development programs. (He has visited 3 other Indiana cities previously, and will visit 4 additional ones.) The "Job Council" he created "will seek input from economic development professionals, local government, business and community leaders, and the public".
