Ingle files motion to waive appeals

John Ingle files motion to dismiss his counsel and another to waive his right to all appeals. "Judge Striegel rules Tuesday these motions were premature and said Ingle's first appeal was automatically granted by the state and was a mandatory part of Ingle's death sentence."
