Hospital seeks approval of entrance expansion

An attorney for Floyd Memorial Hospital has asked the Board of Works to approve an entrance plan. There are 3 options: one is the current entrance on State St.; another idea is 2 lanes on Cottom Ave.; or third, an entrance that would allow East and West Cottom to be aligned.. The Board of Zoning Appeals will listen to the requests at the March 2 meeting.
