Filling the role

John Rosenbarger has been acting director of the Redevelopment Commission. Mayor Garner has asked him to stay in order to handle business that requires a director's signature. Construction of neighborhood centers, housing rehabilitation and first-time home buyer programs are part of Urban and Housing Development grants.
