Georgetown Optimist Club bringing out the best in kids and adults

The Optimist Club is a community youth service organization. The club has speech and essay contests; a golf scramble in memory of Phil Faulkingham; and sponsors a Childhood Cancer Camp. The Optimists promote patriotism, optimism as a way of life, inspire respect for the law and promote interest in government.
