HVAC funding for industries headed back to council

The New Albany Redevelopment Commission modified an incentive package for existing industries looking to install an HVAC system Tuesday. The measure will again be forwarded to the New Albany City Council for consideration in the form of two ordinances to amend two tax-increment financing districts. If approved, the Grant Line Road and Park East TIF distrrcts would be tapped for footing up to $150,000 for air conditioning units as approved by the commission
