Money from Caesar's Foundation that had been going to Georgetown will now come to New Albany. The Harrison County Council voted 4-2 to give the money to New Albany. This will now comply with the Indiana law that states communities that receive casino money should share the wealth with the rest of the region. Georgetown had been putting the money aside instead of spending it. Caesar's money is to be used to make improvements in the town to benefit the citizens.
