Man shot in hand at New Albany apartment complex

New Albany police are looking for two suspects after a man was shot in the hand Thursday evening. Shortly before 9:30 p.m., New Albany Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting at the High Park apartment complex on Schell Lne in the city's east end.
