Local woman charged with fraud

Ms. Lepird opened an account with Fifth Third Bank in Louisville using a $125,000 conterfeit check from a bank in Texas. Between April 2003 and May 15, 2003 Ms. Lepird withdrew $118,000 causing a loss of more than $100,000 to the Stephenville Bank and Trust Company.
