Father (Birch) says (Evan) Bayh seriously considering run at the White House

Evan's father spoke at Ivy Tech State College for the second annual O'Bannon Institute for Community Service. Birch served as a senator from 1963-1981; he ran for president in 1976, but lost to Jimmy Carter. See also May 17 page 6A column 1: Bayh should throw hat into presidential race (editorial)
