Highland Hills teacher receives excellence award

Erica Ruckman has been given the Middle School Teacher Excellence Award at this year's Engineering/Technology Educators of Indiana state conference held Nov. 2. The Middle School Teacher Excellence award is given each year by the Engineering/Technology Educators of Indiana to an Engineering/Technology educator who goes above and beyond the normal classroom requirements. Ms. Ruckman plans to help students explore options in recycling, inventions, and other ideas
