Judge refuses to recuse himself from Camm retrial

Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson had "filed a motion last week requesting that a hearing be scheduled and that (Judge) Aylsworth (of Warrick County) recuse himself from the bench due to his personal and professional relationship with newly-appointed public defender S. Anthony Long."
