Look back, now and forward

The New Albany library celebrates Black History Month with programs, essay contest. A wellness fair titled, "A Healthier You" will be offered. An essay contest for students grades three through 12 who live or attend school in Floyd County will answer "Why do you think we schould celebrate Black History Month?". There will be a program titled "Media: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow"; also there will be a panel discussion on the impact of a black journalist in the media
