Marine in Africa helps to aid nations with exercises, training

Soldier hopes to learn culture, military operations from Africans. Lance Cpl. Chad Koetter recently traveled to the Central African nation of Uganda to participate in Exercise Natural Fire 10, which included cooperation with five African militaries.
