High-tech remembrances offered to families

A local funeral home has recently introduced new services. Photo Cruz is a video memorial. The other service is a kiosk that gives a history of the funeral home and allows the person who has prearranged their funeral to send a message to family members.. The memorial scrolls through photographs of the deceased. Songs, psalms or messages can be incorporated into the video as well.. The service is optional but is offered at no cost. One CD is provided; additional CDs may be purchased for $20 apiece.. The kiosk can be accessed by touch-screen. It stores all the information as the scrolling memorial..
