Indiana Cuort of Appeals will review Camm book deal
The Indiana Court of Appeals has agreed to decide whether a special prosecutor should be appointed to David Camm's third triple-murder trial. Spencer County Circuit Court Judge Johnathan Dartt ruled in January that Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson's now canceled book deal does not create a conflict of interest that requires his removal from the case. Camm's attorneys filed a motion for interlocutory appeal of the decision, and the Court of Appeals agreed on Friday to accept the case for review
