New Albany City Councilman Steve Price said he's received several phone calls recently in regards to the Sewer Board's possible elimination or reduction of the summer watering program. The board voted in February to scale back the rebate period from six to four months. The board adjusted the starting dates of the discount , as the program ran from May to August this year
