Local group will celebrate 114 years of activity

Shirley is a 28-year member and is the group's Worthy Matron, or presiding officer of the (women's masons') Order of the Eastern Star. The organization set up a local youth fraternity in the name of former member Alberta L. Walker. The celebration will also honor the memory of Elizabeth, who was at one time the state's Grandworthy Matron
