Floyd Sheriff's Department issues DNA kits

The Floyd County Sheriff's Department has issued new DNA collection kits to each patrol car. The kit includes rubber gloves, envelopes, cotton swabs and sterile water. All patrol cars now equipped with the ability to collect cruical evidence. Rise in car thefts gave Darrell Mills extra incentive to get the kits
