Signs cluttering telephone poles and public right-of-ways could soon be the subject of more scrutiny under a revised version of New Albany's admenment order. The New Albany Board of Public Works and safety approved an amendment his week to the city's ordinance governing signs on pubic property such as utility poles. The proposal will now move to the New Albany City Counci for consideration
