Housing board fires executive director

The New Albany Housing Authority Board of Commissioners fired Executive Director Bob Lane during its meeting Monday. Dr. Irving Joshua, president of the board of commissioners, said Lane was removed because his vision for the housing authority differed from the board's vision - as well as the city of New Albany's.
