Fugitive from Florida arrested in New Albany

A Louisville man, Justin Depierro, was found to be a fugitive from Florida after he was stopped by a New Albany police officer for a traffic violation. A New Albany man, Eric Trump, was arrested for a warrant issued in Floyd County charging him with possession of a controlled substance.
