Father in fatal stabbing case sentenced for assualt

Mason Jennings' brother, Manuel "Matt" Jennings, was stabbed to death by Mocasque's then 17-year-old son, Manuel C. Mocasque. John Mocasque has numerous misdemeanor drug and battery charges and convictions. Manuel Mocasque has pleaded guilty to class C felony reckless homicide and will be sentenced to four years in prison and one year of probation if the agreement is accepted by the judge
