The name of the superintendent for NewAlbany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corp. apears on a list of applicants for a superintendent job in Florida according to Iowa search firm Ray and Associates. Bruce Hibbard is one of the 32 candidates scheduled to begin interviews April 18 for Collier County Public SChools in Naples, Fla.. At November's school board meeting Hibbard declined a $24,000 raise because of outward criticism for the public
