Interstate 64 closures pushed back

Road work on Interstate 64 scheduled for last weekend has been rescheduled for Friday through Sunday because of rain, according to a news release from Indiana Department of Transportation Public Information. The ramp from Spring Street in New Albany to I-64 eastbound will be closed as part of the construction work. Beginning at 11 p.m. Friday, two lanes of I-64 in each direction will be closed from the Sherman Minton Bridge to approximately 500 feet west. Each direction will have one lane open
