Giant attractions

From elephant rides to mechanical bull rides, the annual Floyd County 4-H Fair is in full swing, bringing with it new attractions and old traditions. One of the fair board members, Charles "Bones" Humphrey, was treated and released for heat stroke, according to Keith Redden, president of the Floyd County Corp. Board, which organizes the fair.
