Heading to the national stage

Once again, the New Albany and Floyd Central theater departments are headed to a national stage. Both theaters found out this week that their joint production of "The Drowsy Chaperone" has been chosen for a main state show at the 2011 International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Neb.. There are only five musicals chosen for the main stage nationally, which puts both schools in elite company
