Finding a balance

Bill Briscoe, assistant to the superintendent for administration and operations, asked the board members their thoughts on campaigning on school property after school hours. Briscoe said he will take all the information received at the meeting and formulate a policy to bring back to the board in early June for them to edit. Superintendent Bruce Hibbard talked to the board about his trip to Indianapolis Friday where he went to listen at a public hearing put on by the Indiana Department of Education on the prospect of giving schools a grade based on their ISTEP and attendance rates in addition to their No Child Left Behind results
