Georgetown plant construction could start within a month

Georgetown's wastewater treatment facility could be finished by this time next year, an official with the Floyd County town told the New Albany Sewer Board. The preliminary construction could start within 30 days on the facility with infrastructure improvements at the site being the first step. The New Albany Municipal Billing office received approval to seek certification on 1,141 liens for utility bills past 90 days due
