Gahan again tabbed as NA Council president

Jeff Gahan returned to the president's chair Monday, as he was elected by the New Albany City Council to lead the body in 2011. Gahan served as council president in 2008 before relinquishing the chair to Council man Dan Coffey in 2009; councilman John Gonder was president last year. Gahan was the only candidate for the seat after being nominated by Coffey
