Hausfeldt Lane will shut down Monday and Tuesday

A portion of Hausfeldt Lane in New Albany will be closed Monday and Tuesday in order for crews to make railroad crossing improvements. Hausfeldt will be closed between Grant Line Road and Park East Boulevard for construction near the railroad tracks that cross the road. CSX Railroad Corp. owns the tracks and had originally planned to work on the crossing late next year; but the project has been moved up and Thursday the city began notifying businesses located along Hausfeldt Lane of the pending closure
