Man arrested on traffic, drug charges

The officer's investigation of Torstrick's alleged erratic driving revealed that he was in illegal possession of the drug Lortab. Torstrick was also found to be driving with a suspended operator's license, and after a breath test was found to have a blood alcohol level of .10 percent. He has been preliminarily charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, driving while suspended, a class A misdemeanor, and operating while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor
