Leveled by blast

The cause of an explosion that flattened a vacant New Albany home Monday morning has been attributed to a faulty gas supply line. Matt Owen, a shift captain for New Chapel Fire and EMS, said the Indiana State Fire Marshal's Office determined the explosion was an accident caused by a failure in the supply line that that ran from an exterior tank to a propane furnace. 2914 Smithwood Drive.
