Trustees rebuild building authority

"Four of five NA-FC board members ousted". members who were ousted: Byron Drumb, Leo Fentress, Carl Weigleb and Kenny Dukes. new members: Steve Sharp, Bonnie Barnett, Stan Brandt, and Joe Dots. New Albany-Floyd County Building Authority leases the City-County Building and the Floyd County Criminal Justice Center.
