OK, now it's time to boost the manpower

The city council agreed to spend some $100,000 in state cigarette & gasoline tax money to buy five new patrol cars, as well as portable radio units & light bars for the top of police cars. Also, up to a half-dozen new officers are expected to be hired by the police department within the next few months
